Terms of Service
Rules for using the service, liability, and the parties’ rights and obligations.
Scope of services
Design and development of custom CRM systems, integrations with accounting and trade software and with KSeF, data migration, plus maintenance and further development of the delivered system.
Engagement
Work starts after scope, timeline and quotation are approved. Billing: fixed-price or time & materials.
IP and licensing
IP to deliverables is transferred as agreed. Third-party libraries remain under their respective licenses.
Liability
No liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or downtime caused by external factors. Liability limited to the fee for the respective stage.
Termination
Either party may terminate effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees are due for work completed up to the termination date.
